Nobody knows your home better than you. Your Agent will set up an immersive seller consultation; during this process you will better understand your home value, how long it will take for your home sell, how to best prep/stage your home and what your net proceeds will be.
We offer a complimentary Home Staging / Home Prep appointment. This complementary Home Staging / Home Prep appointment primarily consists of a tour of the home with our Interior Designer/Home Stager or a Home Inspector and a post stage follow up report. The report will contain detailed instructions on tasks that can be completed in the home to appeal to a wider range of buyers.
We will be in touch with a few dates and times that a photographer can come and photograph your home. You will receive instructions on how to prepare your home for the best photos.
Once we receive the professional photos of your property our Listing Coordinator will present to you the Marketing Packet and Listing Preview of your home for your approval before going LIVE to the market.
Buyers will then begin to tour your property based upon your availability and approval. Additionally, we will host an Open House at your home once a month on a Sunday.
We will provide you with a list of our trusted contractors for you to set appointments with, if needed.
